testing, and design validation\nMentor junior designers and establish design excellence standards\n\nRequirements: \n12-15 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.\nProven expertise in designing B2B applications and enterprise products.\nStrong experience creating and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and style guides.\nDeep understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.\nDemonstrated ability to design conversion-focused and user-centric experiences.\nProficiency in responsive design and fluid interface design.\nKnowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG compliance.\nNext.js Understanding of framework capabilities and design implications.\nJavaScript and modern front-end ecosystems.\nFamiliarity with contemporary development practices.\nTailwind CSS Ability to work with utility-first CSS frameworks.\nshadcn/ui Experience with component libraries and their implementation.\nAbility to translate UX designs into front-end-ready, reusable components.\nStrong understanding of front-end implementation awareness and developer workflows.\nExperience with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).\nPortfolio demonstrating B2B design excellence and design system work.\nBackground in user research and usability testing methodologies.\nExperience working in agile or iterative design environments.\nKnowledge
