This role requires deep technical expertise, the ability to work independently on complex problems, and a proven track record of bringing ML models from research to production scale. The Senior AI Engineer will mentor junior team members and drive technical excellence within the team.\n\nWhat You'll Own:\n\n- Lead the end-to-end development, training, and optimization of complex machine learning and deep learning models (Computer Vision, Image Processing, NLP, domains).\n\n- Proven ability to apply sophisticated ML skills, including advanced feature engineering, ensemble methods, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.\n\n- Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.\n\n- Design and build robust, scalable, and efficient ML pipelines (MLOps) to be integrated into our Products.\n\n- Architect and implement production-grade AI services and APIs.\n\n- Evaluate and select appropriate algorithms, tools, and frameworks for specific problems.\n\n- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding and engineering practices.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance, scalability, and deployment issues.\n\n- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team's technical capabilities.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\n- 3+ years of professional experience working as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Python and core ML libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).\n\n- Proficiency in Python and all major ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).\n\n- Experience working with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD) for integration into our products.\n\n- Deep understanding of model optimization techniques, performance tuning, and scaling AI models in distributed environments.\n\n- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and related ML services.\n\n- Proficiency in database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Experience with specific domains such as NLP, Computer Vision, Image Processing, Deep Learning, Time Series analysis.\n\n- Demonstrated experience in applied
