Responsibilities include:\nOwn the continuous improvement and strategic evolution of Business Development platforms (CRM, Inventory Management System, project management tools, issue-tracking solutions)\nIdentify operational bottlenecks, performance gaps, and propose data-driven enhancements including new features, automations, and AI-driven workflows\nEnsure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment between Inventory and issue-tracking platforms across commercial and technical teams\nSupport the development and maintenance of customer-facing materials, presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and branding assets\nProvide training and support to sales team members on platform usage, new tools, and operational processes\nLead cross-functional initiatives, tracking project progress, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution of strategic internal projects\nEvaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and software solutions to improve productivity, data visibility, and business operations\nChampion AI and automation initiatives to streamline sales processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance deal management workflows\nGenerate regular dashboards and reports on sales team productivity, deal velocity, pipeline health, and platform adoption metrics\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience (5+ years may substitute for degree)\nMinimum 4 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations and Project Management in B2B enterprise environments.
