deep knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks.\n\nPlanning & Execution: Strong background in project planning, estimation, roadmap creation, and defining key performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs).\n\nTrack record of managing teams of 15+ members.\n\nDocumentation & Tools: Deep understanding of project documentation standards and solid experience with task-tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).\n\n What you’ll do:\n\nCross-Functional Team & Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QAs, and other specialists) across multiple autonomous project streams.\n\nDrive & Enhance AI-Driven SDLC: Take initiative in optimizing and scaling software development processes using modern AI tools and practices.\n\nResource & Capacity Management: Take full ownership of team capacity and resource allocation;
