- Konzeption, Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen innerhalb eines ITSM-Tools (z. B. Orchestra oder vergleichbar)
- Integration von Drittsystemen (z. B. Monitoring-, ERP-, HR- oder CMDB-Systeme) über APIs, Webservices oder Middleware
- Analyse und Optimierung bestehender ITSM-Prozesse (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request etc.)
- Implementierung und Automatisierung von Workflows und Geschäftsprozessen
- Customizing und technische Erweiterung der ITSM-Plattform
- Sicherstellung von Datenkonsistenz und -qualität zwischen angebundenen Systemen
- Mitarbeit bei Releasewechseln, Updates und technischen Weiterentwicklungen
- Technische Dokumentation von Schnittstellen, Datenflüssen und Prozessen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Service-Ownern und Infrastruktur-Teams
Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Integration von Schnittstellen (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
- Kenntnisse in mindestens einer gängigen Programmiersprache (z. B. Java, JavaScript, Python oder C#)
- Erfahrung mit ITSM-Tools (z. B. Orchestra oder vergleichbare Systeme)
- Verständnis von ITIL-Prozessen und Service-Management-Strukturen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken (SQL)
- Kenntnisse in Workflow-Design und Prozessmodellierung von Vorteil
- Analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutsch (C2) - und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
