We have thousands of agents deployed across scale-up startups and Fortune 500 companies. We have PMF and are doubling revenue every month. And we have far more enterprise inbound than we can handle.\nAbout the role\nThis role is what I used to do, and I need someone to do it better than I did. \nYou will lead the rollout of Dataleap across the European market, based in Munich, and will work directly with me - the CEO and founder.\nFrom day 1, you are not an account manager or a vendor, but a trusted partner who helps our customers AI-transform their entire org. Each customer is like a mini consulting project where it's your job to diagnose where AI creates the most leverage, identify the highest-value use cases, train the org, build the agents alongside them, and turn the company into an AI-native operator. You own the outcome.\nAs we scale, you help build the team underneath you by hiring, owning, and shaping Dataleap in Europe. Basically a founder in a founder-led company.\nThis role is a front row seat for AI - you learn how to deploy AI in big corporations and play at the forefront of development. You can sit with a CTO and credibly debate model selection, eval strategy, data residency, and integration architecture, because you've shipped it yourself.\nWhat you'll do\nFind the use cases that matter. Build the first agents yourself to prove the value, then scale adoption org-wide.\n\nHost agent hackathons, discuss rollout strategy with the C-Suite, and help them make their companies AI-native.\n\nNavigate complex political landscapes inside huge organizations. Find the champions. Disarm the blockers. Build relationships at every level, from end users to the CEO.\n\nBe the voice of the customer to engineering and product. Push hard for what they need. Push back when they're wrong.\n\nBuild agents and workflows in Dataleap to automate your own role. We expect you to systematically eliminate manual work from your job, not use AI as a productivity buff.\n\nLead the European rollout from Munich. Build the team underneath you as we scale.\n\nFind the thousand things I haven't listed here, and just do them.\n\n[redacted]  You're shipping agents on weekends and have opinions on model routing, eval design, and where current systems break.\n\nYou're high agency and high clock speed: you drive the agenda, prioritize ruthlessly, and communicate sharp and to the point.\n\nYou're low ego, high ownership. There's unsexy work and you'll do it without flinching. You want to work hard and be deeply obsessed.\n\nYou're commercially sharp - renewals, expansion, and multi-stakeholder navigation are second nature.\n\nYou're comfortable being the youngest in a room of executives and still the one in charge.\n\nYou speak German at a native level and are based in Munich (or ready to move here).\n\nI'll index heavily on energy, values, and slope.\nWhat you get\nDirect exposure to the best people at YC, Founders Inc, and CDTM.\n\nFrequent trips to San Francisco, catapulting you to the absolute forefront of agentic AI.\n\nThe best mentors and coaches for whatever problem you're working on.\n\nUnlimited AI budget to automate your own work.\n\nGenerous equity and comp that reflects the impact I expect this role to have.\n\nThe path to build and lead a team as we scale across Europe.\n\nI will personally make sure this is the fastest growth opportunity of your career.\n\nIf you ever want to start your own company, I'll back you.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3579,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"German","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":["Equity"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["AI Agents"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-09T18:04:30Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":6,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.226,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":116,"expected_fill_days":22,"reasons":["conf:3","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-10-17T05:46:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/dataleap-ltd-founding-deployment-strategist","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/dataleap-ltd-founding-deployment-strategist.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-17T19:59:22Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":3545,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-18T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":308063},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=308063"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fdataleap-ltd-founding-deployment-strategist"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fdataleap-ltd-founding-deployment-strategist"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fdataleap-ltd-founding-deployment-strategist"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/dataleap-ltd-founding-deployment-strategist\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fdataleap-ltd-founding-deployment-strategist"}]}
