No waiting for specs. You're a full-stack engineer, an AI engineer, and a product engineer in one person. Former founder is a strong plus.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn large parts of the product end-to-end, from user insight to production.\n\nBuild and improve our agentic systems. Make them more accurate, more reliable, more powerful.\n\nWork at the frontier of AI engineering: context engineering, tool use, agent architectures.\n\nTalk to users. Understand their pain. Scope features that actually solve problems.\n\nPush AI-first development - Claude Code, coding agents, automation. You should be obsessed with scaling yourself.\n\nReview code fast and maintain a high bar across the codebase.\n\nOur stack: Go backend, Vite/TypeScript frontend.\nYou're a fit if\nYou're a razor-sharp engineer who solves hard problems fast with the code taste to review PRs at speed without dropping the bar.\n\nYou have deep product sense. You build for users, not for code's sake.\n\nYou love Go and care about clean, maintainable code. Backend-heavy, but not allergic to frontend.\n\nYou've built AI products, ideally agentic systems or AI coding tools.\n\nYou've built something from scratch: a startup, a side project, a feature that shipped. You thrive in ambiguity and don't need a PM to tell you what to build.\n\nAI research background or experience at an AI coding startup is a plus.
