You will also partner with our R&D teams on product cyber security initiatives, promoting security-by-design principles.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the global cyber security roadmap, translating it into priorities, initiatives, KPIs, investments and measurable risk reduction.\nSupport the Group CIO in defining the security strategy, budget and executive reporting.\nDevelop and enforce global security policies, standards, procedures and hardening baselines.\nOversee security across servers, endpoints, networks, cloud and on-premises environments.\nLead incident response governance, escalation, post-incident reviews and corrective actions.\nOversee SOC and SIEM services, improving monitoring, detection, logging and perimeter coverage.\nStrengthen identity and privileged access management, access reviews and recertification.\nPartner with Infrastructure, Operations and R&D to enhance OT and product security, including segmentation, firewall governance and vulnerability management.\nMaintain the global cyber risk register and remediation roadmap.\nEnsure alignment with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, GDPR and other relevant requirements.\nLead security audits, vendor risk assessments and customer security reviews.\nMaintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for global IT infrastructure.\nManage and develop the security team, collaborating across IT, Legal, Compliance, HR and Facilities.\nKey Requirements\nAt least 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 7 years in cyber security within software, technology or manufacturing environments.\nExperience leading cyber security in global or multi-site organisations.\nStrong knowledge of hybrid ICT architectures across on-premises and multi-cloud environments.\nSolid understanding of networking, virtualisation, endpoint security, identity and access management, OT security and incident response.\nExperience with audits, compliance, vendor risk and security frameworks.\nPrevious people-management experience.\nStrong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate technical risks into clear business priorities.\nPragmatic, collaborative and outcome-oriented approach.\nWhat we Offer\nJoin an international technology group where cyber security is central to business resilience, product innovation and customer trust.\nThis role offers global exposure, direct interaction with senior leadership and the opportunity to shape Datalogic’s security posture across corporate and industrial environments.\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual Base Salary (RAL): €55,000 -
