Description\nMain Responsibilities:\nSupplier Quality development and its performance management.\nPerform the audits, manage the resolution of the nonconformities.\nEnsure the new part qualification at the new project development.\nImprove the efficiency of processes and tools for supplier quality data recording, processing, reporting and feedback.\nEnsure the correct communication between the supplier and Datalogic for the resolution of quality issues.\nLearning the state-of-the-art Quality international standard.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in electronic engineering (preferable) or Material, Informatics, telecommunication, Mechanical Engineering or Physics. \nPrimary language: Chinese and English( Fluent in written and verbal communication).\nAt least 3-5 years’ experiences in a similar role.\nGood technical knowledge of electronics components, PCB, PCBA, battery, displays, cables, image sensors.\nKnowledge of electronic semiconductors market, its specific manufacturing and quality trend.\nISO 9001 knowledge, certified lead auditor is preferred, lean six sigma is a plus.\nCapability to interact technically with R&D team.\nQC 7 tools and statistical analysis.\nCollaboration and team skills, with a focus on cross-group, supplier chain collaboration in an international environment.\nAbility to go and see the problem at the site in autonomy until the resolution.\nStrong excel skills.\nGood knowledge of SAP is a plus.\nExperience within the mobile phone manufacturing quality is also a plus.\nWorking location: Shenzhen,
