Leads the development and implementation of activities in production and organization areas to meet production/shipping goals, quality, cost objectives, and satisfying delivery expectations of raw materials, subassemblies, and finished product. Monitors KPIs, handling work schedules, conducting performance evaluations for floor staff, and resolving on-the-floor issues. This position requires daily on-site work at the physical job site.\nDuties & Requirements\nAccomplish manufacturing and fulfillment staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, motivating, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.\nMaintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; setting staff goals; evaluating performance; identifying and developing personal growth opportunities.\nOversee and manage production, fulfillment, and/or shipping plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries. Delegating as required.\nProvide manufacturing, service repair, and shipping information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records, data and KPIs, answering questions and responding to requests.\nSustain quality processes by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
