Must demonstrate ownership and leadership to get the job done.\nServe as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and taking full ownership of on-time project delivery\nManage Program from concept initiation to full production delivery, interfacing with internal/external stakeholders.\nManage and lead a Program Core team, consisting of representatives across all functions within the organization.\nOrganize program activities and interdepartmental meetings, fostering seamless collaboration and integration across potentially siloed vertical knowledge centers of competence.\nProactively assess project risks, develop, and implement comprehensive risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle.\nRequirements:\nEducation: Master's degree in Engineering or in other Scientific Area\nLanguages: Italian, English Fluent\nTechnical & Soft Skills:\n3 - 5 years of demonstrable experience in managing complex software development projects; experience within AI project development is a significant advantage.\nProven expertise in leading hybrid projects, effectively applying both traditional (e.g., Waterfall) and incremental/iterative (e.g., Agile) methodologies.\nProficient in utilizing relevant project management tools within both Waterfall and Agile environments, including Microsoft Project and Jira.\nProven ability to lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog definition, prioritization, grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.\nData analysis and presentation skills.
