Ensure software meets quality, reliability, usability, and performance requirements;\nDesign, develop and maintain automated test infrastructure/frameworks that improve productivity and quality. Improve test coverage through automation of functional, integration, regression and end-to-end test.\n\nApply software engineering best practices, including coding standards, version control, and design patterns. Contribute to improving application testability and maintainability.\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Support continuous integration and continuous testing initiatives. Improve release readiness through quality gates and automated validation processes.\nCollaborate in design, code reviews and inspections to ensure the testability of code and adherence to coding standards that facilitate automated testing.\nCreate and maintain documentation related to automated test cases, test plans, and test results to support knowledge sharing and transparency.\nRequirements & Specific Skills:\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field\nLanguages: Italian, English fluent\nExperience: Around 1 to 3 years of experience in software automation testing, or software development lifecycle (SDLC)\nSkills preferred:\nExperience with API testing, Java, Python, PlayWright, TypeScript, etc.,\nExperience in Linux, Git, JFrog, and/or CI/CD\nKnowledge of using AI-assisted coding and testing tools\nStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills\nExperience with electronics or industrial protocols is highly desirable\nKnowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and AI testing methodologies\nPlanning and time management.\nWhat We Offer:\nThe opportunity to join a leading international Group, recognized for its financial strength, innovation, and sustained growth.\nRole: Test Engineer\nContract Type: Permanent / CCNL Industria Metalmeccanica C011\nLevel: B2\nCompensation & Benefits:\nAnnual Base Salary (RAL): €38,000-€45,000\nVariable compensation\nWelfare and benefits package\nThe final compensation package (including base salary and potential variable incentives) will be defined based on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, and overall fit for the role.\nEqual Opportunity Statement:\nThis vacancy is open to candidates of all genders.
