The Lead Operator will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow in our data entry department.\nIn this role, the Lead Operator will be responsible for helping to maintain DATAMARK, Inc. standards and policies. Initiating the startup process at the beginning of the shift and addressing any and all keyers’ questions. Supervising and training data entry operators, mailroom associates, ensuring that they adhere to established procedures and protocols. Making sure that the Supervisor is kept informed of departmental issues as they arise. Assisting the Supervisor with the employee reports and client reports. Helping the Supervisor access the workflow to ensure that the client’s expectations are realized. They will monitor the quality and accuracy of data entry work, provide feedback and coaching to operators, and identify areas for improvement. The Lead Operator will also coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient data flow throughout the organization.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise and train mailroom associates. \nProviding advice, guidance and training to production personnel.\nPerforms a “lead” function under minimal supervision by scheduling, prioritizing and allocating work in accordance with product delivery requirements.
