The role involves handling large datasets, preparing dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.\nGenerate operational, recruitment, attendance, productivity, and performance reports as required.\nCollect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.\nCreate and maintain dashboards using Excel and reporting tools.\nMonitor data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.\nPrepare trend analysis and performance tracking reports.\nSupport management with ad hoc reports and data requests.\nCoordinate with various departments to gather and consolidate information.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.\nMaintain records and databases with high levels of accuracy.\nAutomate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.\nRequired Skills\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Macros preferred).\nGood understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis.\nProficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office Suite.\nKnowledge of Power BI or Tableau will be an added advantage.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and data accuracy.\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\nEducational Qualification\nGraduate in any discipline.\nCertification in Advanced Excel, MIS, Data Analytics, or Power BI preferred.\nExperience\n2 to 6 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or reporting support.\nExperience in BPO, Shared Services, Recruitment, or Operations environment preferred.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nTimely delivery of reports.\nData accuracy and quality.\nDashboard maintenance and automation.\nTurnaround time for ad hoc reports.\nProcess improvement initiatives implemented.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nStrong analytical mindset.\nAbility to work with large volumes of data.\nGood organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\nShift: Rotational (as per business requirement)\nWalk In to below address Monday to Friday between 12.00pm to 4.00pm\nThane One,201,\nDIL Complex,\nThane West-400610\nContact Name -
