The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Agile best practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing team collaboration, and removing impediments that impact delivery performance.\nThe Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Development Teams to ensure effective implementation of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices across all project workstreams in accordance with SOW 4.1-4.8.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong Agile coaching capabilities, excellent facilitation skills, and a proven track record of supporting the delivery of large-scale digital platforms or enterprise technology solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nAgile Facilitation & Coaching\nFacilitate Agile and Scrum processes across development teams.\nPromote Agile values, principles, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile methodologies.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.\nSupport Agile maturity and capability development across project teams.\nScrum Ceremonies & Sprint Management\nFacilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.\nCoordinate backlog refinement and grooming sessions with Product Owners and development teams.\nEnsure sprint goals and objectives are clearly defined and understood.\nMonitor sprint progress and support teams in achieving sprint commitments.\nTrack team velocity, sprint performance, and Agile delivery metrics.\nTeam Coordination & Collaboration\nFacilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams including developers, testers, architects, UX teams, and stakeholders.\nEncourage effective communication and teamwork across project workstreams.\nSupport alignment between business priorities and technical delivery activities.\nAssist teams in maintaining focus on project objectives and delivery commitments.\nFoster a self-organizing and high-performing team environment.\nImpediment & Risk Management\nIdentify, track, and remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.\nEscalate risks, dependencies, and issues when necessary.\nCollaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to resolve challenges impacting project timelines.\nSupport proactive risk identification and mitigation activities.\nEnsure smooth workflow and efficient delivery processes.\nDelivery Governance & Reporting\nMonitor Agile delivery performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.\nMaintain Agile artifacts, sprint reports, and team performance metrics.\nSupport release planning and delivery coordination activities.\nEnsure adherence to established Agile governance practices.\nContribute to project reporting, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProject Delivery (SOW 4.1 -
