The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience within the Asset Management domain and a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade backend applications in Microsoft-based environments. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, participation in Agile delivery teams, and ownership of application performance, reliability, and deployment processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET Framework/.NET.\nDesign, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and data models.\nBuild, maintain, and support complex integrations and data flow processes.\nConfigure and manage application and integration environments.\nImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.\nApply DevOps best practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.\nOptimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.\nParticipate in Agile development activities using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.\nSupport application deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and incident management activities.\nContribute to technical design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMust-Have Requirements\n5+ years of backend development experience using C# and .NET Framework/.NET.\nExperience working within the Asset Management domain.\nStrong expertise in SQL Server, database development, and data modeling.\nExperience developing and maintaining complex integrations and data flows.\nStrong experience working in on-premises Microsoft environments.\nHands-on experience establishing and configuring application and integration environments.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build and release processes.\nPractical knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\nExperience with Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent source control and deployment tools.\nStrong troubleshooting, incident management, and performance optimization skills.\nExperience in requirements analysis and stakeholder collaboration.\nExperience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.\nExperience with any two of the following technologies: React, Angular, Vue.js, or Blazor.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nUnderstanding of frontend and backend system interactions.\nExposure to full-stack development
