Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and operating enterprise automation solutions, with a key focus on migrating existing automation processes to an in-house RPA platform.\nThe role will work closely with business, IT, and data teams to transform manual and semi-automated processes into reliable, secure, scalable, and intelligent end-to-end workflows.\nThe engineer will also support the integration of AI agents and intelligent automation capabilities to improve productivity across business functions.\nThe primary focus during the first 12 months will be to re-platform existing automation processes in-house with no loss of business coverage, stabilize automation operations, and establish appropriate standards, monitoring, and governance.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end migration of existing automation processes to an in-house RPA platform.\nInventory, assess, and prioritize existing automation processes for migration.\nRe-engineer processes where beneficial, rebuild bots, perform testing, manage cutover, and decommission legacy bots.\nIdentify, analyze, and document business processes suitable for RPA and AI-driven automation.\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent platforms.\nCollaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and define automation workflows.\nMap existing as-is processes, identify automation opportunities, and design optimized to-be workflows.\nDevelop and integrate AI agents to improve productivity across teams and business functions.\nWork with datasets to support data preparation, model training, validation, optimization, and performance evaluation.\nIntegrate AI models and agents with automation workflows and enterprise systems to create intelligent end-to-end solutions.\nManage day-to-day RPA operations, including orchestration, scheduling, credential management, monitoring, logging, and infrastructure capacity.\nMaintain and monitor deployed bots to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance efficiency.\nTroubleshoot, debug, maintain, and enhance existing automation solutions based on user feedback and performance metrics.\nDocument RPA processes, AI/ML workflows, system integrations, and operational procedures.\nEnsure automation and AI solutions comply with information security, data privacy, governance, compliance, and quality standards.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and increase the adoption of automation and AI solutions.\nContinuously evaluate emerging RPA, workflow automation, and agentic AI technologies and recommend improvements.\nEnsure bots and AI agents operate only within approved systems, access levels, information-security controls, and data-privacy requirements.\nMust Have\n3-5 years of hands-on production RPA experience.\nProven experience designing, developing, deploying, and operating RPA bots end-to-end in production environments.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.\nHands-on experience with n8n.\nHands-on experience with at least one major RPA platform such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent.\nStrong experience in RPA bot operations and production support.\nHands-on experience with bot orchestration and scheduling.\nExperience with credential management and secure bot access.\nExperience with bot monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and incident handling.\nStrong process analysis and process mapping skills, including mapping as-is processes and designing to-be workflows.\nAbility to identify and quantify the business value of automation opportunities.\nExperience gathering requirements and collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders.\nStrong documentation skills covering automation processes, workflows, integrations, and operational procedures.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills across business and technical audiences.\nUnderstanding of information security, data privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements, particularly within financial-services environments.\nGood to Have\nExperience migrating automation processes from one RPA platform to another.\nExperience working within banking, fintech, or telecom environments.\nExperience developing or integrating AI agents into enterprise automation workflows.\nFamiliarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar agentic AI frameworks.\nUnderstanding of Machine Learning fundamentals, including data preparation, model training, validation, optimization, and performance evaluation.\nExperience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, and Document Understanding.\nExperience with document automation for KYC, customer onboarding, or reconciliation use cases.\nExperience with additional RPA or automation technologies such as Robocorp or OpenRPA.\nKnowledge of core banking systems, payment systems, digital wallets, and banking back-office processes.\n UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification or an equivalent RPA/automation platform
