This is not a coordination role. Responsibilities:\nManage long-term client engagements — owning scope, budget, and delivery quality across the full collaboration lifecycle\nAct as the main delivery partner for the client's Product Account Manager responsibilities when the project setup requires it\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels\nIdentify risks early and keep all parties aligned — internally and externally\nPrepare status reports, roadmaps, and steering committee materials\nSpot opportunities to deliver more value within the ongoing partnership\nYou Should Have:\nAt least 5 years of experience in project or delivery management in a tech environment\nExperience leading long-term software or data engagements in an Agile environment\nAbility to wear multiple hats — comfortable stepping into SM, PO, or AM responsibilities when needed\nStrong communication skills — able to speak tech language with developers and translate it into business language for senior stakeholders\nComfort managing budgets, timelines, and delivery metrics over a long horizon\nA structured mindset — you like clear processes but know when to be flexible\nBusiness proficiency in Czech and English\nNice to Have:\nHands-on experience in software development or data science\nPersonal interest in the field of AI and ML\nExperience with data-heavy applications or cloud
