Working closely with engineers, BIM coordinators and construction teams, you will model MEP systems and equipment while taking project constraints and fabrication and installation requirements into account. You will also support Scan-to-BIM activities by using 3D point clouds to model existing conditions and produce reliable models for design, construction and project documentation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMEP modeling: Model MEP systems, equipment and supports in accordance with project documents, technical specifications and required levels of detail. \nFabrication drawings: Produce and update fabrication and coordination drawings required for the prefabrication and installation of MEP systems. \nScan to BIM: Use 3D point clouds to model existing installations and produce as-built BIM models. \nSurvey data review: Check that point-cloud data is consistent with the project models and documents, and flag any discrepancies or missing information.\nSpatial coordination: Identify clashes and installation constraints, and contribute to coordination with other disciplines.\nModel and drawing quality control: Check the accuracy and consistency of models and drawings before submission. \nBIM coordination: Participate in BIM coordination meetings and collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve technical and spatial issues. \nProject standards: Follow project BIM requirements, naming conventions, modeling standards and document-control procedures. \nRequirements\nRequirements:\nIdeally, you bring:\nProven experience in MEP modeling, preferably on construction or data center projects.\nProficiency in BIM modeling software, ideally Autodesk Revit. \nExperience producing fabrication drawings and construction documentation.\nKnowledge of point clouds and Scan-to-BIM workflows;
