You’ll work to keep our platforms reliable, secure, and scalable through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. This role calls for strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm when responding to production incidents.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments\nManage and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)\nDeploy, operate, and scale containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes\nMonitor system health, performance, and availability using observability tools\nRespond to alerts, outages, and incidents, and lead root cause analysis and remediation\nPartner with software, data, and facilities teams to support GPU and high-performance computing environments\nImplement and maintain security best practices, access controls, and vulnerability management\nManage cloud and hybrid infrastructure across on-premises and public cloud platforms\nMaintain clear runbooks, technical documentation, and incident reports\nParticipate in on-call rotations, disaster recovery testing, and ongoing training\nWhat You’ll Need\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience\nMinimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, systems engineering, or a comparable role\nHands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\nProficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar)\nExperience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)\nStrong Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)\nExperience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar)\nSolid understanding of networking, security, and system reliability principles\nStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to respond effectively under pressure\nAbility to participate in an on-call rotation\nExperience and skills come from many paths. Relevant professional, hands-on, educational, military, trade, and industry experience may all qualify you for this role.\nRequirements\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting data center, critical infrastructure, or other 24/7 environments\nExperience with GPU clusters, HPC, or AI/ML infrastructure\nCloud or Kubernetes certifications (AWS, CKA, CKAD, or similar)\nExperience with configuration management, secrets management, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar)\nExperience with energy, power, or facility monitoring systems\nWhat to Expect\nOn-site position supporting a 24/7 Tier III mission-critical environment\nRegular collaboration with engineering, operations, security, and facilities teams\nOccasional after-hours work for maintenance windows, deployments, or incident response\nOngoing learning as our technology and infrastructure evolve\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to work at a computer for extended periods.
