This role will manage the hiring process from sourcing and screening through interviews and offer coordination, helping identify qualified candidates for positions across engineering, construction, data center operations, skilled trades, and corporate functions. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and create a positive and professional experience for candidates.\nThis is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes initiative, and is comfortable managing multiple hiring priorities. Beyond day-to-day recruitment, you'll help represent DataOne at career fairs and hiring events, build relationships with educational institutions and workforce organizations, and contribute ideas to strengthen our recruitment practices. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how we attract talent and build our teams as the company continues to grow.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer coordination.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate qualifications.\nDevelop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.\nConduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, and suitability for open positions.\nCoordinate interviews, gather hiring manager feedback, and maintain clear, timely communication throughout the recruitment process.\nBuild and maintain qualified candidate pipelines to support current openings and future workforce needs.\nPlan, coordinate, and participate in career fairs, campus recruiting activities, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.\nDevelop relationships with colleges, universities, technical schools, workforce development organizations, and other recruitment partners.\nMaintain accurate candidate records, track recruitment activity, and provide regular hiring updates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nSupport offer preparation, pre-employment activities, and improvements to sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and candidate experience.\nRequirements\nWhat You'll Need\nAt least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including direct sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination.\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.\nDemonstrated experience independently managing multiple open positions, competing priorities, and recruitment timelines.\nExperience partnering directly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, evaluate candidates, and support hiring decisions.\nStrong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.\nExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, recruitment activities, and hiring documentation.\nStrong interviewing, candidate evaluation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.\nAbility and willingness to travel occasionally for recruiting events, career fairs, and other business-related activities.\nWe recognize that experience and skills can come from different paths.
