You will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, architecture governance forums, and delivery teams to translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and high-performing AWS data solutions.\nEnough about us, let’s talk about you\nSignificant experience designing and leading enterprise data architecture, data modernisation, and large-scale migration initiatives, ideally within complex client environments.\nDeep hands-on architectural knowledge of AWS data services, particularly Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue, AWS Lake Formation, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, IAM, and KMS.\nStrong understanding of cloud data migration patterns, including ingestion, transformation, integration, orchestration, validation, reconciliation, and performance optimisation.\nExperience designing enterprise data lake, data warehouse, and cloud-native data platform architectures.\nStrong knowledge of data governance, security architecture, access management, encryption, metadata, lineage, auditing, and monitoring.\nExperience working with Architecture Review Boards or equivalent enterprise architecture governance forums, including developing and defending architecture recommendations.\nKnowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and reusable deployment or migration frameworks within cloud data environments.\nAbility to assess architecture alternatives, identify delivery and technical risks, and translate complex technical decisions into clear recommendations.\nStrong client-facing consulting, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.\nAbility to provide technical leadership across architecture, engineering, migration, security, and delivery teams.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or AWS Certified Data Engineer - Associate.\nExperience leading complex cloud transformation or data platform modernisation programmes.\nExperience developing reusable architecture patterns, migration accelerators, standards, and governance frameworks.\nConsulting or professional-services experience working with senior technology and business stakeholders is an asset.\nQuebec Locations: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.\nTotal Rewards\nThe salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
