We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.\nWhat will your typical day look like?\nWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to lead enterprise-wide data architecture, business domain modeling, and information architecture across Deloitte's Global Data Platform. This role will establish and govern enterprise semantic standards, canonical data models, and domain architecture to enable consistent, trusted, and scalable data across the organization.\nThe successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders, Data Product Pods, and technology teams to align enterprise data strategy, governance, and architecture across key platforms and domains. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or Salesforce ecosystems is highly desirable\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead enterprise data architecture, domain modeling, and governance initiatives across strategic business domains.\nDefine and maintain enterprise semantic standards, canonical data models, and information architecture standards.\nEstablish business terminology, domain boundaries, entity definitions, and data relationships.\nDevelop logical and business domain models supporting enterprise processes and data products.\nDefine governance, metadata, lineage, stewardship, and data quality standards.\nPartner with business stakeholders, Data Product Pods, and architecture teams to ensure enterprise alignment.\nResolve data inconsistencies across ERP, CRM, MDM, and analytics platforms.\nMaintain architecture documentation, business glossaries, and data dictionaries.\nSupport the evolution of modern cloud data platforms and enterprise data management capabilities.\nAbout the team\nDeloitte Technology works at the forefront of technology development and processes to support and protect Deloitte around the world. In this truly global environment, we operate not in \"what is\" but rather \"what can be\" to help Deloitte deliver and connect with its clients, its communities, and one another in ways not previously conceived.\nEnough about us, let’s talk about you\nRequired Skills & Experience\n8+ years of experience in data architecture, enterprise information architecture, logical data modeling, or domain-driven design.\nExperience defining enterprise canonical models, semantic standards, and data governance frameworks.\nEnterprise and cross-domain data modeling expertise.\nExperience with metadata management, business glossaries, data lineage, and data governance practices.\nExperience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.\nStrong stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills.\nExperience operating within large, complex, multi-domain organizations.\nPreferred Domain Expertise\nExperience in one or more of the following areas:\nSAP S/4HANA Finance (General Ledger, Planning & Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Enterprise Structures, and Master Data).\nSalesforce (Account, Opportunity, Customer 360, Customer Master Data, and Relationship Management).\nEnterprise data architecture spanning ERP, CRM, MDM, and analytics platforms.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Databricks or modern cloud data platforms\nExperience in Data Architecture, Solution Architecture, Data Platform Architecture, Data Governance Architecture, or Senior Data Engineering roles.\nKnowledge of data product operating models and domain-oriented architecture principles.\nTotal Rewards\nThe salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
