Keep reading!\nWhat will your typical day look like?\nAs a Learning Coordinator, you will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of Audit & Assurance technical learning programs for national and regional audiences. You will support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual programs, including participant coordination, logistics, communications, learning systems, and completion follow-up. Additionally, you will work with the Manager of Learning Operations to support the alignment and execution of learning strategies that meet Audit & Assurance practice objectives and contribute to special projects.\nKey activities associated with coordinating the learning portfolio include:\nCoordinate the end-to-end delivery of assigned in-person and virtual learning programs using established processes, timelines, and quality standards.\nSupport participant identification and assignment, including enrolments, rosters, attendance, transfers, withdrawals, and completion follow-up, to ensure learners are enrolled in the right learning at the right time.\nCoordinate program logistics, including schedules, venues, materials, facilitators, virtual platforms, audiovisual requirements, room set-ups, food and beverage, on-site support, and post-session activities.\nMaintain accurate information across learning systems, databases, and trackers, supporting reporting, completion validation, attendance evidence, remediation tracking, and compliance readiness.\nDevelop and manage clear, timely communications for participants, managers, faculty, resource managers, and business stakeholders, including monitoring the learning mailbox and responding to or escalating inquiries.\nMaintain project plans, monitor milestones and dependencies, provide regular status updates, and escalate delivery risks, exceptions, or decisions requiring additional support.\nTrack program expenditures and support budget reconciliation in accordance with established processes.\nBuild effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, faculty, vendors, and extended team members to support a consistent learner and stakeholder experience.\nIdentify and resolve operational issues proactively and contribute to continuous improvements that reduce delivery risk, rework, and administrative effort.\nProvide on-site program support and travel or work additional hours when required for learning delivery.\nAbout the team\nAs part of Deloitte's Learning and Development team, you will work closely with the Manager of Learning Operations and collaborate with learning coordinators, resource managers, faculty, and business stakeholders across Canada. Together, the team supports the effective delivery of Audit & Assurance technical learning programs and provides a consistent learning experience for participants and stakeholders.\nEnough about us, let’s talk about you\nYou are someone with:\nRelevant experience coordinating events, projects, learning programs, or comparable operational activities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organization, judgment, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage concurrent programs, changing requirements, and firm deadlines\nDemonstrated attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.\nExperience maintaining accurate data, trackers, or business systems is an asset.\nA proactive, service-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently, solve problems, build effective stakeholder relationships, and provide on-site or extended-hours support and travel when required.\nDue to the nature of the role having interactions with National clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.\nTotal Rewards\nThe salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
