We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.\nWhat will your typical day look like?\n\nWork you'll do\nMaintains a solid knowledge base of the functional capabilities and as a Subject Matter Expert on the various areas and products within SWIFT\nAssists the Engagement Manager in leading, directing, and reviewing all activities associated with delivering technology products. Responsible for product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction.\nInterfaces with key stakeholders and process leads to define and document resource requirements, delivery goals, and desired outcomes for identified software solutions and global template projects.\nCreates documentation including key data metrics and analytics data, resource metrics, financial metrics, executive level PowerPoint decks, instructional material, and newsletters.\nResponsible for conducting key budget and resource planning sessions to gain insights into process area needs, workload demands, and resource needs to support critical Run, Change and Grow initiatives across the S4 Technology Team in support of the overall SWIFT program and working with the Engagement Manager to prioritize requirements, define and manage scope for overall support organization.\nProvides operational support to the Process Leads and Program Leadership. Configures SharePoint features in production and non-production environments. Engages with various ITS organizations to resolve problems as they arise.\nPossesses overall understanding of appropriate business processes and workflows.\nEngages stakeholders s and other ITS resources to respond to requests for new functionality and/or enhancements. Collaborates with the Engagement Manager in creating and presenting the appropriate resource estimates and data points to support key decisions and on-boarding processes.\nLeads and is responsible all data metrics and analytical analysis across the work channels for the S4 Technology Team. In this truly global environment, we operate not in \"what is\" but rather \"what can be\" to help Deloitte deliver and connect with its clients, its communities, and one another in ways not previously conceived.\nEnough about us, let’s talk about you\nQualifications\nArchitecting SAP solutions for a wide range of applications, including Master data Management and reporting\npreparing and reviewing functional specifications for enhancements and coordinating development of objects\nutilizing WIP management process, including S/4 HANA SD, S/4 HANA PS, and S/4 HANA Finance\nsupporting full lifecycle implementations, including analysis, design, testing and configuration of Sales and Distribution scenarios\nconverting business requirements into functional specifications to develop ABAP programs\ninterpreting and translating functional specifications into ABAP (technical specifications), including creating high-level designs for the requested developments\nutilizing ABAP code to troubleshoot custom programs and to advise on functional specifications with basic technical specifications\ndeveloping comprehensive test plans and executing complex build activities\nproviding configuration, testing, cut-over, conversion and post go-live support for enhancement projects\nExperience delivering projects following SAFE methodology\nFamiliarity with SharePoint, , MS Project, HP Quality Center, SAP Solution Manger, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel\nPrior experience that demonstrates good business understanding is needed (experience in a professional services organization is a plus)\nDemonstrated ability in applying repeatable processes and methods to enterprise-wide technology projects or initiatives. \nExcellent written and verbal communications, organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills. \nStrong management, communication, technical and remote collaboration skills are a must.\nExperience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment.\nAbility to effectively conduct detailed discussions directly with Project/Product management.\nExcellent team collaboration skills. \nStrong relationship building and maintaining skills. Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients (internal and external).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) is a plus. \nCertified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus\nFamiliarity with SharePoint, MS Project, HP Quality Center, TFS/Urban Turtle, Automated QA and wire-framing or visualization tools is a plus.\nExperience working with Agile development processes. \nExperience in packaged software development\nTotal Rewards\nThe salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
