You will provide ongoing operational support to maintain system stability, performance, and availability across supported use cases and integrations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating and executing production deployments, validating releases, and supporting change management activities to ensure adherence to governance standards and release schedules. You will deliver regular status updates on incidents, risks, and backlog items, perform root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Working closely with stakeholders, developers, and vendors, you will drive issue resolution, escalate critical incidents when required, and leverage your .NET expertise to troubleshoot application and integration-related challenges.\nLead Archer platform production support for critical use cases.\nManage incident lifecycle including monitoring, triage, and resolution.\nSupport operations including integrations and workflows.\nExecute production deployments and release management.\nEnsure compliance with governance and change management standards.\nProvide operational reporting and continuous improvement through RCA.\nAbout the team\nThis is your opportunity to work in Operate at Deloitte. Working in a fast-paced, SLA-driven setting, team members are empowered to solve complex challenges, coordinate across multiple groups, and maintain strong communication while ensuring operational excellence and continuous value delivery for our clients.\nEnough about us, let’s talk about you\nYou are someone who has these skills, experience & qualifications:\n6+ years of overall IT experience.\n3+ years of experience in production support with tools such as RSA Archer or ServiceNow\nAbility to manage incidents and meet SLA commitments.\nExposure to .NET environments for technical troubleshooting.\nIt would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:\n\nStrong understanding of Archer workflows and platform capabilities.\nExperience with Archer API integrations.\nTotal Rewards\nThe salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
