We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.\nWhat will your typical day look like?\n\nWork you'll do\nWe are seeking a hands-on People Analytics professional with 5+ years of experience and deep Visier expertise to configure, develop, implement, and enhance workforce analytics solutions.\nThe successful candidate will translate business requirements into Visier solutions, configure the platform, troubleshoot issues, manage the delivery backlog, coordinate testing and releases, and drive work through completion.\nThe individual must be comfortable working independently in a complex organization, managing demanding stakeholders, challenging unclear requirements, and bringing strong project management and Agile discipline to delivery.\nSpecific Responsibilities:\nHands-on Visier Delivery\nConfigure, develop, test, and enhance solutions within Visier.\nTranslate business requirements into Visier metrics, analyses, dashboards, and configurations.\nTroubleshoot configuration, data, and reporting issues and drive them through resolution.\nPerform data validation and partner with data and technology teams to resolve upstream issues.\nSupport implementation, testing, deployment, stabilization, and ongoing platform enhancements.\nMaintain configuration and solution documentation.\nProject & Agile Delivery\nOwn work from requirements through implementation.\nCreate requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.\nMaintain and prioritize the product backlog.\nLead sprint planning, refinement, demos, retrospectives, and releases as appropriate.\nMaintain RAID items, dependencies, milestones, and delivery plans.\nIdentify issues early and proactively drive resolution.\nKeep stakeholders informed with clear, fact-based status reporting.\nStakeholder Management\nWork directly with demanding senior business, HR, analytics, data, and technology stakeholders.\nTurn ambiguous requests into clear, actionable requirements.\nPush back constructively when requirements, priorities, or timelines are unrealistic.\nManage competing priorities and drive stakeholders toward decisions.\nClearly communicate risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and impacts.\nDemonstrate confidence working independently without needing significant management oversight.\nAbout the team\nDeloitte Technology works at the forefront of technology development and processes to support and protect Deloitte around the world. In this truly global environment, we operate not in \"what is\" but rather \"what can be\" to help Deloitte deliver and connect with its clients, its communities, and one another in ways not previously conceived.\nEnough about us, let’s talk about you\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in People Analytics, workforce analytics, HR technology, or related areas.\nStrong hands-on Visier development and configuration experience.\nExperience participating in or leading Visier implementations.\nDemonstrated ability to independently configure and troubleshoot Visier solutions rather than relying exclusively on vendors or developers.\nExcellent requirements gathering and analytical problem-solving capabilities.\nStrong Agile delivery discipline, including backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, prioritization, testing, and releases.\nStrong project management skills with disciplined management of milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.\nProven ability to work effectively with challenging stakeholders and competing priorities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to operate effectively in a complex, fast-moving, matrixed organization.\nPreferred\nExperience with enterprise HR/HCM platforms and HR data.\nStrong understanding of workforce metrics, data quality, and analytics governance.\nExperience working with global organizations and cross-functional teams.\nAgile/Scrum or project management certification.\nTotal Rewards\nThe salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
