Whether it's deploying machine learning models, productionizing GenAI applications, or improving the reliability and governance of AI systems, you ensure solutions are built to create lasting business value.\nRequirements\nYour Expertise\nYou bring the following to the table:\nA deep passion for Artificial Intelligence and modern AI engineering practices.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience building, deploying and operating AI systems in production.\n\nStrong software engineering skills, with excellent proficiency in Python and SQL and a solid understanding of software engineering best practices.\n\nExperience building modern GenAI applications and familiarity with LLMOps practice s such as prompt management, evaluation frameworks, retrieval-based systems, guardrails, AI observability and LLM lifecycle management.\n\nExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.\n\nHands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tooling.\n\nExperience deploying AI workloads on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP).\n\nA solid understanding of MLOps practices including experiment tracking, model lifecycle management, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, observability and versioning.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients.\n\nA pragmatic, business-oriented mindset: able to translate business problems into technical scopes and help AI solutions land, with a focus on product thinking and real business value.\n\nExperience working in consulting is a strong plus.\n\nFluency in English.
