As a senior engineer, you also play a key role in guiding clients through technical decisions and mentoring fellow team members.\nRequirements\nWhat we’re looking for\nYou bring the following qualities & experiences to the role:\nA deep passion for Artificial Intelligence and its applications.\n\nA minimum of4 years of industry experience building and deploying software, ML or AI systems in production.\n\nIn-depth understanding of software design principles; Proficiency in Python & SQL is a must.\n\nHands-on GenAI & Agentic AI experience: Practical work with RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, and agentic frameworks.\n\nA strong theoretical and practical grounding in traditional Machine Learning and Deep Learning and how to apply them pragmatically in production settings.\n\nExperience deploying AI systems into production, with a solid grasp of model lifecycle management and cloud-native deployment practices.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and a history of working with cloud-based AI and data workflows.\n\nFront-end experience is considered a plus.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients.\n\nFluency in English.
