Most of your time is spent designing, building and deploying AI solutions that deliver real business value for our clients. This includes onboarding new team members, supporting their development, identifying growth opportunities, and helping maintain a healthy balance between employee wellbeing, customer satisfaction, and team performance.\nShape our AI practice\nAs part of the AI Engineering leadership team, you'll help define our technical direction, contribute to business development, and support the continued growth of the practice through business development and client relationship building.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\nAI Engineering\nA deep passion for Artificial Intelligence and its applications.\n\n5+ years of experience delivering AI solutions in consulting or client-facing environments.\n\nStrong software engineering skills with Python and SQL.\n\nExperience building production-ready machine learning and Generative AI systems.\n\nSolid understanding of modern GenAI, retrieval systems, Agentic AI, MLOps and LLMOps.\n\nExperience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP).\n\nStrong communication skills and a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.\n\nFluency in English and Dutch.\n\nLeadership\nIn addition to being an experienced AI consultant, you're excited to take ownership beyond your own client work.\nWe're looking for someone who can:\nCoordinate and support a team of consultants towards shared goals and objectives.\n\nCoach and mentor colleagues, helping them grow both technically and professionally.\n\nMonitor and improve key team indicators such as employee wellbeing, customer satisfaction and team performance.\n\nBuild strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to create additional value.\n\nContribute to business development efforts, proposals and value propositions.\n\nCommunicate effectively with team members, clients and other stakeholders.\n\nNot every box needs to be ticked to be a great fit.
