Der bestehende Tech-Stack (ColdFusion, ExtJS, Elastic Search, Oracle SQL) hat uns weit gebracht. Jetzt modernisieren wir die Plattform von Grund auf, und du treibst diesen Wandel mit voller Geschwindigkeit voran.\nDu bist kein klassischer Entwickler mehr, der Zeile für Zeile tippt – du orchestrierst. Du hast jahrelang selbst tief im Code gesteckt, verstehst Architekturen, Datenmodelle und warum bestimmte Entscheidungen vor zehn Jahren Sinn ergaben. Heute nutzt du dieses Wissen, um mit AI-gestützter, agentischer Entwicklung das Output eines kleinen Teams zu liefern.\nUnser Legacy-Stack, den wir ablösen: ColdFusion · ExtJS · Elastic Search · Oracle SQL\nUnser Neuer Stack, wohin wir gehen: Node.js (NestJS) · React · RabbitMQ · PostgreSQL · Docker · GitLab CI/CD\nDEIN AUFTRAG\nDu beschäftigst dich gemeinsam mit deinem Team mit unserer Web-Applikation auf Enterprise-Niveau und entwickelst unsere strategische Plattform DOKU@WEB für unsere Kunden kontinuierlich weiter\nDu entwickelst das Backend unserer Plattform in Abstimmung mit dem Frontend-Team – und zunehmend auch beides, weil deine AI-Tools die Grenze zwischen den Disziplinen auflösen\nDu triffst Architekturentscheidungen: API-Design, Event-Driven Messaging mit RabbitMQ, Containerisierung, CI/CD-Pipelines – AI schreibt den Code, du bestimmst, welcher Code geschrieben werden soll\nDu migrierst eine produktive Plattform, ohne dass der Betrieb stillsteht – Daten (Oracle → PostgreSQL), Backend (ColdFusion → NestJS), Frontend (ExtJS → React)\nDu definierst Teststrategien und setzt sie durch, gerade weil AI-generierter Code ein scharfes Review braucht\nDu trägst das AI-first-Mindset ins Team und hilfst Kollegen, ihre eigenen Workflows mit AI-Tools aufzubauen\nTiefe Entwicklungserfahrung – aus der Zeit, als du noch alles selbst geschrieben hast\nDu hast Backend-Systeme gebaut, Datenbanken modelliert, Frontends geschraubt.
