Let's connect over a cup of coffee!\nYour responsibilities\nAs an Analytics Lead, you will:\nSupport clients in their journey towards becoming data driven by bridging the gap between business and technology;\n\nBe able to understand the strategic goals of a company, pinpoint the value of data and understand + communicate the role and value of data in this regard;\n\nTranslate the above in a clear well defined roadmap and understand which approach to use when (pilots & pocs vs roadmap);\n\nPropose pragmatic yet scalable technical solutions to our clients;\n\nNavigate beyond Proof of Concept stage to ensure smooth productization;\n\nGet your hands dirty when needed;\n\nProvide guidance and mentorship to our team members, fostering inspiration and growth;\n\nStay up to date with the latest technologies;\n\nRequirements\nYour qualifications\nAt least 5 years of experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple data analytics projects in production;\n\nProfound expertise in architecting, deploying and optimizing cloud-based solutions at scale;\n\nYou are familiar with Engineering practices such as unit testing, CI/CD, etc. And use SQL and ideally also Python to translate analytical needs into technical products.\n\nExperience with one, preferably multiple cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google);\n\nExcellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;\n\nProven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;\n\nExperience within dbt is a plus;\n\nFluent in English.
