stakeholders to understand their regulatory challenges, strategic ambitions, and implementation priorities.\n\nProvide expert guidance on regulatory expectations from the European Central Bank (ECB), National Competent Authorities (NCAs), and Joint Supervisory Teams (JSTs).\n\nTranslate regulatory requirements into pragmatic implementation roadmaps and transformation initiatives.\n\nAssessments & Transformation Programs\nLead BCBS239 and RDARR maturity assessments for mid-sized and large financial institutions.\n\nIdentify gaps, weaknesses, risks, and improvement opportunities across governance, processes, data, reporting, and technology capabilities.\n\nDevelop actionable remediation plans and strategic roadmaps that align with regulatory expectations and business objectives.\n\nOversee and support implementation programs aimed at improving risk data aggregation and risk reporting capabilities.\n\nData & Governance Expertise\nDemonstrate a solid understanding the organization's reputation as a trusted and premium advisory partner.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Experience\n10+ years of experience in Banking, Insurance, Consulting, or Financial Services.\n\nDemonstrated experience with BCBS239 and/or RDARR programs, assessments, or implementations.\n\nStrong understanding of regulatory expectations and supervisory reviews conducted by the ECB, National Banks, and JSTs.\n\nExperience conducting maturity assessments and defining target-state operating models and remediation roadmaps.\n\nExperience interacting with executive stakeholders within financial institutions.\n\nProven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and navigate organizational change.\n\nPrevious consulting experience is strongly preferred.\n\nCommercial &
