From AI and automation to employer branding, interview training and other initiatives that support our growth.\nOver time, you can take ownership of strategic projects, new recruitment initiatives, new business domains and future growth opportunities across the wider Datashift organization.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nRecruitment & Hiring\nOwn recruitment for one or more business domains.\n\nManage the full hiring process from A to Z.\n\nBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines.\n\nProactively source and engage top talent.\n\nDeliver an outstanding candidate experience.\n\nBalance quality, speed and business impact.\n\nStakeholder Management\nAct as a trusted advisor to directors and hiring managers.\n\nProvide guidance on hiring strategy and talent decisions.\n\nChallenge stakeholders when needed.\n\nBuild strong, lasting relationships across the business.\n\nStrategic Recruitment\nHire senior consultants, managers and leadership profiles.\n\nIdentify and attract hard-to-find talent.\n\nAlign recruitment efforts with Datashift’s growth ambitions.\n\nRecruitment Excellence\nContinuously improve processes and ways of working.\n\nExplore how AI and technology can strengthen recruitment.\n\nHelp further professionalize recruitment within Datashift.\n\nSupport and coach less experienced recruiters.\n\nRequirements\nWho Are You?\nYou naturally take ownership.\nWhen you see a challenge, you take action.
