Then let's talk.\nJob Description:\nGrowth Marketing Manager, EMEA\nLondon | 4 days in office\nWe’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to help build Grata’s revenue engine across Europe.\nYou’ll work closely with EMEA leadership and Sales to identify where we need growth, turn those priorities into campaigns, and make them happen across paid media, outbound, webinars, events and in-product marketing.\nThis is a hands-on role. You’ll help shape what we should do, then own the execution and measure the commercial impact.\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild and run European growth campaigns from idea through execution and measurement.\nWork closely with Sales to identify priority markets, segments and accounts.\nTurn commercial opportunities into campaigns that generate leads, meetings, pipeline, and closed won deals.\nRun campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, automated outbound and events.\nWork with our agency to shape and optimise European paid campaigns.\nBuild landing pages, forms, nurture flows and campaign journeys using our marketing technology stack.\nHelp develop automated outbound programmes with Sales and RevOps.\nOwn event demand generation and follow-up, while event logistics sit elsewhere.\nCustomise campaigns and content to get the right message in the right language to the right market. \nWork with Content and Product Marketing to turn strong assets and messaging into campaigns.\nMeasure performance against clear, revenue-focused metrics and continuously improve what we do.\nTravel across Europe when needed.\nWhat we’re looking for\nCommercial, curious and highly proactive.\nComfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution.\nSomeone who sees an opportunity and brings ideas rather than waiting for a brief.\nConfident working closely with Sales.\nComfortable and hands-on with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot).\nAnalytical enough to understand what is working and what needs to change.\nLow ego, high energy and keen to get things moving.\nExcited to market to a demanding B2B audience across private equity, M&A advisory and corporate development.\nWhy this role\nAI is changing how professional work gets done, and we believe M&A and private markets are next.
