We’re hiring: Growth Product Manager - Fixed-Term Maternity Cover (8-9 months)
We’re looking for aGrowth Product Manager to join Sherpany and lead Product Management for ourGrowth Acceleration squad during a fixed-term maternity cover.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves combiningproduct thinking, experimentation and data to create seamless user journeys and unlock growth.
You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Design and Engineering, helping us strengthen Sherpany’s Product-Led Growth motion and shape our Try-Before-You-Buy experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Drive our growth roadmap: Identify and prioritise opportunities based on user insights, funnel data, business impact and feasibility.
- Experiment and learn: P artner with Growth, Design, Engineering and Analytics to design, launch and evaluate growth experiments.
- Create a great trial experience: Improve the self-serve / Try-Before-You-Buy journey, from signup and onboarding to aha moments, hand-raising and conversion.
- Turn data into decisions: Define success metrics, interpret product analytics and translate learnings into improvements that increase activation, conversion and Product Qualified Leads.
- Bring teams together: C ollaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Design and Engineering to keep priorities and decisions aligned.
- Tell the story: Communicate the why, what and progress behind our growth initiatives clearly across the organisation.
- Set the team up for continued success: Maintain strong documentation and ensure a smooth handover at the end of the maternity cover period.
What you bring:
- Hands-on PLG experience: You’ve helped build or scale a B2B SaaS Try-Before-You-Buy or self-serve motion, ideally within a sales-led or enterprise GTM environment. You understand the journey from signup and onboarding through activation, PQLs, nurture and conversion.
- Strong Product Management fundamentals: You’re confident leading discovery, prioritisation and roadmapping, while partnering closely with Design and Engineering to turn opportunities into outcomes.
- An outcome-first mindset: You’re comfortable working with OKRs and can connect product decisions to measurable user and business impact.
- A love of data and insights: You use product analytics, funnel metrics and qualitative user insights to identify opportunities and make better decisions.
- A growth experimentation mindset: You understand activation, onboarding, experimentation, A/B testing and conversion optimisation, and you’re comfortable learning quickly from what works and what doesn’t.
- Strong cross-functional leadership: You can bring Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Analytics together around shared goals, even when you don’t have formal authority.
- Clear communication and storytelling skills: You can make complex topics easy to understand and keep stakeholders aligned in a cross-functional, remote-first environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity: You enjoy moving quickly, testing hypotheses and adapting your approach as you learn.
