The qualified candidate will create, manage, and deliver training in classroom, virtual, and self-guided e-learning formats to the diverse teams that support our clients.\nThe candidate will also deliver virtual training to global customers to promote self-administration and the effective use of our products. In addition, the preferred candidate will contribute to supporting documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures.\nRole and Responsibilities\nAnalyze content, audiences, and learner environment to identify appropriate instructional strategies for assigned courses, curriculum, and projects.\nWork with SMEs to design classroom and e-learning training materials and develop course curriculum.\nMonitor, test, and measure for trainee comprehension and satisfaction.\nProvide feedback to trainees and adjust delivery methods to provide effective results.\nMaintain and enhance existing training materials, plans, and manuals to improve training effectiveness and reflect new techniques and knowledge.\nDevelop professional enrichment and skill building training for existing employees.\nDefine, document, and provide training for standard operating procedures.\nAct as a resource to answer product questions and provide support to the Client Service teams.\nContribute knowledge of training fundamentals and maximize effectiveness by researching training methodologies and learning tools\nStay current with product software development to define best practices and procedures prior to a code release.\nFacilitate training as needed.\nRequirements:\nMinimum Education\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with instructional design, or a technical training certification.\nMinimum Experience\nMinimum 3-6 years’ experience in a training or educational context, preferred. \nMust be a team player and able to work in a time sensitive, high pressure deadline and driven work environment\nAdditional Requirements\nConfident presentation skills.\nExperience with instructional design strategies for users with varying skill sets.\nAbility to organize and prioritize projects to adapt to changing business needs, using strong time management skills.\nReliable in meeting commitments and deadlines.\nAbility to work independently, as well as collaborate and cooperate within a team.\nAbility to analyze product changes to offer creative and effective standard operating procedures or changes to existing processes.\nProactive, positive approach to adopting new technology and building knowledge.\nDemonstrated experience using generative AI tools to design, enhance, and deliver training, including developing AI-enabled learning materials, promoting responsible use, and coaching learners on practical workplace applications.\nExperience with Articulate or other e-learning authoring tools.\nExperience with Learning Management Systems.\nAttention to details.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to understand business needs to contribute ideas for process and product improvements.\nAbility to work well under significant pressure.\nAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.\nWork Location & Flexibility\nThis position is based in our Minneapolis or New York City office and follows a hybrid work model. Employees in these locations are expected to work on-site a minimum of two days per week. Please note that specific business units or role requirements may necessitate additional in-office days based on team collaboration needs or operational priorities.\nThe base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable.
