Join our team as a Lead Salesforce Developer (Hybrid - Lisbon). Take end-to-end responsibility for the design, implementation, and unit testing of requirements within Salesforce and/or a functional domain. Design and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements, technical standards, and best practices.

• Take end-to-end responsibility for the design, implementation, and unit testing of requirements within Salesforce and/or a functional domain
• Design and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements, technical standards, and best practices
• Configure and parameterize Salesforce according to functional and technical requirements
• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations and interfaces
• Write and maintain functional and technical documentation
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Execute unit tests, analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes
• Define and review test cases to ensure solution quality and reliability
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development processes using Git and SFDX
• Use JavaScript and HTML to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure consistent rendering across browsers
• Provide technical guidance, support, and leadership to other developers
• Help ensure development activities follow established engineering standards and best practices

O que é pedido

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• 8+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations
• Hands-on experience with unit testing, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and bug fixing
• Good knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong experience with JavaScript and HTML for customization and troubleshooting
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide, support, and motivate a team of developers
• Good understanding of software development and testing best practices
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, 2 days per week from the Lisbon office
