Getting a new firm from contract to value, fast.\n\nLicensing & entitlements: seats, plans, feature access and limits across the Excel add-in and Alwin, for self-serve users and global enterprise contracts alike.\n\nMetering & billing: real-time usage and credit consumption for our agentic products, through to invoicing, payments and revenue reporting.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nLead through outcomes, not tasks. Set clear goals and trust the team to find the how.\n\nMake the team measurably better. Raise the bar, grow engineers into bigger problems, and address performance directly.\n\nOwn the technical direction of the full customer lifecycle platform, and stay close enough to the code to make the hard calls credibly.\n\nBuild systems where correctness is non-negotiable: accurate metering, enforced entitlements, reliable billing, all observable, secure and auditable.\n\nTreat onboarding as a product. Measure activation and time-to-value, and remove friction with Product and Design.\n\nContinuously improve on the admin experience to delight and empower our internal users.\n\nTurn commercial strategy into software. Partner with Product, Finance, Sales and Customer Success to shape pricing, packaging and licensing models.\n\nSet the bar for AI-assisted engineering.
