Your mission: speed up innovation, drive the quality bar, and help us build the best agentic products for audit and finance. You lead by example. Ship\nWrite production code every week on the most complex and critical parts of Alwin\n\nBuild proofs of concept for new agent capabilities, and take the ones that work all the way to production\n\nChampion experimentation and R&D: try emerging models and techniques, solve hard problems creatively, and turn promising ideas into reliable features\n\nShape the Alwin platform and adjacent systems by building them: the core abstractions, the reference implementations, the patterns other teams reuse\n\nContribute directly to the agent harness at the core of Alwin: the orchestration, tools, context and evaluation loops every agent runs on\n\nAnticipate where the platform needs to be in 12-18 months, and make design decisions now that minimize the cost of future change\n\nAgents in Production\nBuild agents that are reliable in a regulated domain: grounding, evaluation before release, human-in-the-loop, traceability of every action\n\nInstrument what you ship, use traces and quality metrics to find where agents fail, and fix the cause, not just the symptom\n\nJump into the hardest incidents across teams, and turn them into lasting fixes\n\nMake the trade-offs between model cost, latency and accuracy explicit, and measure them in production\n\nLead by Example\nLead technical decisions: drive the key design calls across teams, lay out the and differentiators against the competition, and shape the roadmap with what you have proven is possible\n\nWhat You Bring:\n10+ years in software engineering, with strong, production-grade Python, and you still write a lot of code\n\nDeep hands-on experience building and shipping agentic or LLM systems in production yourself: control loops, tool calling, context engineering, evaluation, not only prompt-and-parse pipelines\n\nA track record of building systems other engineers build on, and raising the bar across multiple teams through your own work\n\nExperience leading technical decisions and mentoring senior engineers while staying hands-on\n\nStrong fundamentals in distributed systems, software architecture and data modeling on a major cloud platform\n\nExperience with security, access control and auditability for enterprise or regulated customers\n\nProduct sense: you know which technical bets matter for customers and the business, and can make the case to Product\n\nProficient with AI-assisted engineering, and experience driving its adoption beyond your own work\n\nClear written and verbal communication, across time zones and with technical and non-technical audiences\n\nNice-to-Have\nBuilding platforms that other teams and customers build on\n\nMulti-agent orchestration or durable, long-running workflows at scale\n\nRetrieval and knowledge systems, or document processing (OCR, classification, structured extraction)\n\nWorking closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, Solution Architects and GTM teams on enterprise rollouts\n\nExperience
