This role is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, managing project execution, communicating progress to senior leadership, and ensuring risks, issues, and blockers are identified and resolved quickly. The ideal candidate can manage ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and communicate clearly with executives to create transparency, structure, and accountability across the project portfolio.\nThe Business PMO Program Manager is afull-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Director, Portfolio Management.\nSpecific Responsibilities\nProvide strategic leadership for new product launches and large, complex projects from initiation through delivery, aligning project scope, priorities, and outcomes with organizational goals.\nManage cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, ownership, dependencies, and status.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, and deliverables.\nFacilitate project meetings, decision-making, and follow-up actions.\nPrepare and deliver project status reports for senior leadership.\nIdentify, track, and escalate risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.\nPartner with business leaders and stakeholders to define objectives and success measures.\nFacilitate comprehensive work breakdown structure discussions and strategic planning to prevent gaps, missed deliverables, or overlooked dependencies.\nManage project information in the Wrike project management tool to ensure accurate project visibility and reporting.\nDrive accountability across project teams and ensure timely completion of commitments.\nSupport continuous improvement of ePMO processes, tools, governance, and reporting standards.\nSkills\nStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.\nSharePoint and Teams fundamentals, especially creating and maintaining project landing pages.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across teams.\nExperience & Education\nRequired:\n5+ years of project management experience in a healthcare business PMO environment.\nExperience leading complex, cross-functional, strategic projects.\nExperience leading cross-functional technical projects, including technical platform enhancements and deployments.\nExperience using AI for project management responsibilities (e.g., project plans, meeting minutes/actions).\nExperience managing project risks, issues, timelines, scope, and dependencies.\nHands-on experience with a project or portfolio management tool (e.g., Wrike, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana). \nActive Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nPreferred:\nExperience with or knowledge of Agile project management. \nExperience managing projects in the healthcare IT industry and working within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.\nDirect, hands-on experience using Wrike.\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.\nWho We Are\nDataSpring is the trusted data connector at the core of healthcare.
