This role emphasizes reporting automation, metric consistency, and proactive identification of trends or issues.\nThis is afull-time, exempt, remote position reporting to the Senior Data and Analytics Manager.\nSpecific Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis & Reporting\nAnalyze key business processes and KPIs to identify performance trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.\nDesign, build, and maintain dashboards and scorecards in Power BI or Tableau to monitor department-level and enterprise KPIs.\nWork with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver clear, business-ready outputs\nData Interpretation & Storytelling\nTransform data into easily digestible narratives, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders at all levels.\nSupport leadership in making informed decisions based on data trends, historical context, and leading indicators.\nPerform root cause analysis to explain unexpected performance changes.\nProcess Optimization & QA\nAutomate recurring reporting workflows using SQL, Python, data transformations, and BI tools.\nValidate report data through systematic testing, reconciliation, and documentation.\nCollaborate with data engineers to troubleshoot issues and refine data pipelines.\nSkills\nAdvanced Excel, Python, and SQL skills for querying, cleaning, and analyzing data.\nProficiency in Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and visual storytelling.\nStrong critical thinking and communication skills to translate data into insights.\nFamiliarity with performance metrics, operational reporting, and data validation practices.\nExperience with Salesforce and HubSpot reporting is a plus.\nExperience\n3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, or BI.\nDemonstrated success in building executive or operational dashboards.\nExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders\nBachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.\nCertifications in Power BI, Tableau, or SQL preferred.\nWho We Are\nDataSpring is the trusted data connector at the core of healthcare.
