You will work closely with the Account Manager and\ntechnical/engineering leadership in order to grow our most strategic accounts. You will own\nthe end-to-end success of our most complex, high-value data and AI transformation projects\nand programmes, from initial solution design and SOW creation through delivery and business\nvalue realisation.\nThis position demands a highly consultative delivery executive with a proven ability to manage\ncomplex commercial arrangements, steer multi-stream delivery teams, and maintain C-suite\nrelationships to ensure strategic alignment and customer satisfaction.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nConsultative Engagement & Sales Process:\nDrive strategic alignment of technical delivery roadmaps to client’s strategy focussing on measurable business objectives.\n\nBecome an expert in one of Datatonic’s core verticals: Telecommunications, Agency, Media & Entertainment, and Financial Services & Insurance\n\nDefine large transformation programmes including design of operating models and change management.\n\nLarge Programme Execution & Value Realization:\nLead the execution of large, complex data and AI transformation programmes (involving multiple concurrent workstreams like Data Engineering, ML/AI, and Analytics), ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.\n\nRelentlessly focus on maximizing ROI by linking technical deliverables directly to measurable business outcomes and tracking value realisation post-deployment.\n\nApply and improve appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, Waterfall) suitable for large enterprise environments, acting as a change agent within the client's organisation.\n\nFinancial & Commercial Ownership:\nTake full financial ownership of the P&L for our accounts, managing budget, forecasting revenue, tracking resource burn, and driving high margins and profitability.\n\nOwn account health, proactively driving renewals and upselling opportunities to grow the account, identifying and managing key stakeholders, financial forecasts, and strategic risks (RAID management) across the entire portfolio.\n\nExecutive Stakeholder Management:\nManage communications and expectations at the executive and C-suite levels (client-side and internal), maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.\n\nDesign and implement effective project governance systems appropriate for large enterprise engagements.\n\nTeam & Organizational Development:\nContribute to process, operational efficiency, and excellence within the Delivery function, continually challenging how we operate and improving our program management frameworks.\n\nAct as a mentor and facilitator, empowering delivery teams and paving the way for programme success.\n\nProject Management Fundamentals:\nWhile you will lean heavily into AI strategy and partner with our data squads, strong project management fundamentals are an essential anchor for this role. You will ensure healthy, predictable delivery by proactive milestone planning, managing scope, and monitoring resource burn.
