You’ll oversee the full delivery lifecycle - from planning and execution to optimization and stakeholder alignment - ensuring projects run efficiently, meet expectations, and deliver real business value.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end project delivery: scope, resourcing, timelines, reporting, communication, and financials.\nMaintain high-quality delivery standards and ensure strong client satisfaction across projects.\nApply and adapt Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid) to fit each team’s and client’s needs.\nTrack and assess project performance, proactively identifying risks and improvement areas.\nDrive clear and transparent stakeholder communication, managing expectations at all levels.\nMonitor project health, including risks, sentiment, and financials.\nLead and support cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nMaintain accurate RAG/RAID tracking and provide clear visibility into project status.\nRequirements\nProven experience in project or delivery management, ideally within a tech, consulting, or SaaS environment.\n\nStrong understanding of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery frameworks.\n\nSkilled in JIRA or similar project management tools.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills (internal and client-facing).\n\nDemonstrated people management experience - mentoring, coaching, and developing teams within your projects\n\nA structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience working in tech consulting - exposure to a variety of projects and clients.
