You will work closely with the Client Partners and technical/engineering leadership in order to grow our most strategic accounts. You will own the end-to-end success of our most complex, high-value data and AI transformation projects and programmes, from initial solution design and SOW creation through delivery and business value realisation.\nThis position demands a highly consultative delivery executive with a proven ability to manage complex commercial arrangements, steer multi-stream delivery teams, and maintain C-suite relationships to ensure strategic alignment and customer satisfaction.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nConsultative Engagement & Account Expansion:\nDrive strategic alignment of technical delivery roadmaps to client’s strategy focussing on measurable business objectives\n\nBecome an expert in one of Datatonic’s core verticals: Telecommunications, Agency, Media & Entertainment, and Financial Services & Insurance\n\nDefine large transformation programmes including design of operating models and change management.\n\nOwn account health, proactively driving renewals and upselling opportunities to grow the account, identifying and managing key stakeholders, financial forecasts, and strategic risks (RAIDD management) across the entire portfolio.\n\nTake financial ownership of the P&L for our accounts, managing budget, forecasting revenue, tracking resource burn, and driving high margins and profitability.\n\nLarge Programme Execution & Value Realization:\nLead the execution of large, complex data and AI transformation programmes (involving multiple concurrent workstreams like Data Engineering, ML/AI, and Analytics), ensuring we meet the clients objectives, and deliver on-time, on-budget, and on-quality.\n\nRelentlessly focus on maximizing ROI by linking technical deliverables directly to measurable business outcomes and tracking value realisation post-deployment.\n\nApply and improve appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, Waterfall) suitable for large enterprise environments, acting as a change agent within the client's organisation.\n\nExecutive Stakeholder Management:\nManage communications and expectations at the executive and C-suite levels (client-side and internal), maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.\n\nDesign and implement effective project governance systems appropriate for large enterprise engagements.\n\nTeam & Organizational Development:\nContribute to process, operational efficiency, and excellence within the Delivery function, continually challenging how we operate and improving our program management frameworks.\n\nAct as a mentor and facilitator, empowering delivery teams and paving the way for programme success.\n\nRequirements\nWe are looking for a highly motivated, Delivery Lead who meets the following criteria:\nMultiple years of experience within a consulting firm, Big Four or Technical Consultancy or software vendor focused on complex enterprise transformation.\n\nExperience managing large-scale data and/or AI transformation programs (million+ dollar scope, multi-year duration, involving 10+ team members).\n\nProven expertise in the pre-sales and commercial process, including SOW creation, deal structuring, and managing scope through contracts.\n\nExceptional senior and executive stakeholder management experience, with the ability to communicate complex technical roadmaps into clear business language.\n\nDemonstrated commercial acumen and experience with financial management, forecasting, and P&L tracking for professional services engagements.\n\nDeep understanding of Agile and hybrid ways of working, particularly in the context of enterprise data programs.\n\nAgile Project Management, Prince2, or Scrum certification.\n\nExperience with JIRA or similar ITS software.\n\nA natural, engaging, and highly effective communicator and negotiator.\n\nBonus points for:\nPrior experience in a start-up / scale-up environment.\n\nPrior experience in managing multiple Project Managers\n\nAny Cloud Certifications!\n\nSalesforce or other CRM tool experience related to opportunity tracking and
