sprints.\n\nPrioritize testing activities and manage day-to-day QA operations.\n\nRespond effectively to urgent business requests and shifting priorities.\n\nFoster collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Business teams.\n\nEstablish and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.\n\nQuality Assurance & Testing:\nDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test cases.\n\nValidate complex business logic and data transformations.\n\nIdentify quality risks proactively and recommend mitigation strategies.\n\nReview test coverage and ensure high standards of accuracy and completeness.\n\nSupport both functional and data validation testing efforts.\n\nData & Technical Validation\nWrite and execute complex SQL queries to validate data flows, transformations, and business rules.\n\nPerform end-to-end testing of custom-built solutions and integrations.\n\nAnalyze healthcare datasets to ensure data quality and business rule compliance.\n\nWork closely with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and validate expected outcomes.\n\nAI and Testing Perspective\nWhile AI-powered testing tools can accelerate simple test creation and repetitive validation activities, this role requires a QA professional capable of independently designing and executing testing strategies for complex, highly
