The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft technologies, workflow automation, scripting, and production support, with the ability to work closely with US-based stakeholders and support critical business applications.\nThis role requires a combination of development, automation, administration, troubleshooting, and application support responsibilities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nApplication Development\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.\n\n·Develop solutions using:\noC#\noASP.NET MVC\no.NET Core / .NET Framework\noREST APIs / Web Services\noEntity Framework\noSQL Server\nParticipate in application architecture, design discussions, and code reviews.\n\nTroubleshoot and optimize application performance.\n\nSharePoint Development & Administration (Mandatory)\nDevelop, configure, and support SharePoint Online solutions.\nManage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, content types, permissions, and document management processes.\nBuild custom SharePoint forms and integrations.\nImplement governance and best practices for SharePoint environments.\nSupport SharePoint migrations, enhancements, and user administration activities.\nPower Automate Development (Mandatory)\nDesign and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.\n\nIntegrate workflows with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SQL Server, and external applications.\n\nAnalyse business processes and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency.\n\nTroubleshoot workflow failures and optimize automation performance.\n\nPowerShell Development & Automation (Mandatory)\nDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts for administration, automation, monitoring, and reporting.\n\nAutomate SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Azure, and application support tasks using PowerShell.\n\nCreate scripts for deployment automation, user provisioning, health checks, and operational maintenance.\n\nTroubleshoot and optimize existing PowerShell automation frameworks.\n\nSupport DevOps and operational automation initiatives.\n\nApplication Support Responsibilities (Mandatory):\n\nProvide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications.\n\nMonitor application performance and availability.\n\nInvestigate and resolve incidents within SLA commitments.\n\nPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive fixes.\n\nSupport release deployments, patches, upgrades, and maintenance activities.\n\nCoordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve production issues.\n\nParticipate in on-call support rotations and critical incident management activities.\n\nMandatory Soft Skills\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to interact directly with US-based clients and business users.\n\nExcellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.\n\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently.\n\nStrong documentation and reporting skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile:\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in .NET Development, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and PowerShell scripting, along with significant experience in application support and production incident management.
