Responsibilities\nOwn the administration, architecture, and support of enterprise-wide PeopleSoft HCM environments\n\nDefine technical standards, governance, and best practices for PeopleSoft administration\n\nAct as the technical escalation point for critical production issues\n\nReview architecture and recommend modernization strategies\n\nPeopleSoft Administration:\nInstall, configure, administer, and maintain multiple PeopleSoft environments (Development, QA, SIT, UAT, Performance, DR, Production)\n\nInstall and configure:\n\nPeople Tools\n\nApplication Server\n\nProcess Scheduler\n\nWeb Server (PIA)\n\nIntegration Broker\n\nElastic Search\n\nKibana\n\nOracle SES/OpenSearch (where applicable)\n\nPerform People Tools upgrades and patching\n\nApply Oracle Critical Patch Updates (CPU)\n\nImplement PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) Images\n\nManage DPK deployments and Change Assistant activities\n\nPerform environment cloning, refreshes, and production inbound/outbound interface reliability\n\nTroubleshoot integration failures and ensure data integrity across connected systems\n\nSupport third-party integrations related to HCM processes (payroll, benefits, time & labor, etc.)\n\nProduction Support:\nProvide L2/L3 production support and root-cause analysis for critical incidents\n\nManage batch job monitoring, scheduling, and failure resolution\n\nOwn incident, problem, and change management processes for PeopleSoft environments\n\nEnsure system availability, security, and compliance with SLAs\n\nWork directly with customers/stakeholders during incidents - resolving issues promptly and professionally, with a demonstrated track record of zero escalations\n\nDocumentation:\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, configurations, and environment topology\n\nDocument upgrade plans, runbooks, cutover checklists, and rollback procedures\n\nCreate and maintain knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures (SOPs)\n\nEnsure documentation remains current through each release/upgrade cycle\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\nExtensive experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator, with deep expertise in the HR/HCM module\n\nProven track record leading end-to-end PeopleSoft upgrades (People Tools, application, and infrastructure components)\n\nStrong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft architecture: Application Server, Web Server (PIA), Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, Elastic Search/Kibana\n\nExperience with Oracle Database administration in a PeopleSoft context, WebLogic, and Tuxedo\n\nFamiliarity with DPK (Deployment Packages), Change Assistant, and PUM Image adoption\n\nStrong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance-tuning skills\n\nExcellent client-facing communication skills, with demonstrated success managing customer relationships without escalations\n\nExperience defining governance, standards, and best practices for a PeopleSoft environment\n\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams through complex, high-stakes upgrade programs\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n9+ years of Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI and People Code/Application Engine\n\nExposure to cloud-hosted PeopleSoft environments (OCI, AWS, or Azure) is preferred.\n\nPrior experience in a client-facing / consulting or managed-services environment\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field\n\nSoft Skills\n\nStrong customer service orientation and calm, solutions-focused demeanour under
