Collaboration\n\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts.\n\nProvide regular updates and lead initiatives to improve customer environments.\n\nBe highly familiar with assigned accounts to make tactical decisions without escalation.\n\nCollaborate with customer development teams to align infrastructure with application requirements.\n\nIncident & Problem Management:\nLead incident response and postmortems, ensuring corrective and preventive measures.\n\nBe the Tier 3 escalation point for offshore/onshore SRE teams.\n\nPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and validate work quality of Tier-2 engineers.\n\nDevelop and maintain incident response plans for security breaches and operational incidents.\n\nReliability Engineering:\nDefine and maintain SLIs/SLOs, track error budgets, and monitor alignment.\n\nParticipate in architecture discussions for high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability.\n\nIntegrate resilience patterns such as circuit breakers, retries, and bulkheading.\n\nUse chaos engineering / fault injection practices where applicable.\n\nAutomation & Infrastructure as Code\n\nAutomate infrastructure and operations tasks using Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK.\n\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines with canary deployments and blue/green strategies.\n\nImplement automation workflows with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, Azure Functions.\n\nMonitoring & Observability:\nImplement observability systems: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Jaeger.\n\nConfigure proactive monitoring and alerts using AWS CloudWatch / Azure Monitor.\n\nEnsure visibility into metrics, traces, and logs for troubleshooting.\n\nCloud Infrastructure Management:\nProvision and manage VMs, storage, networking, VPNs, and ExpressRoute/Peering.\n\nManage patching, backups, encryption, decryption, and image management.\n\nOptimize performance and cost via rightsizing, autoscaling, and reserved instances.\n\nManage
