In this role, you will work with large, complex healthcare datasets to play a critical role in mitigating the disclosure risk of these datasets. You will collaborate closely with teams across the company, translating privacy requirements into data queries.\nAs part of the team, you will develop your skills in querying and manipulating large-scale datasets, primarily using SQL and Python, while working cross-functionally with stakeholders across privacy data science, engineering, product, and business teams. You will be supported in growing your technical skill set as you take on increasing responsibility.\nYou Will:\nQuery, manipulate, and modify large datasets using SQL and Python\nWork extensively within Snowflake to build queries, transformations, and data pipelines\nEnsure data accuracy and integrity through careful validation and quality checks\nWhat You Will Bring to the Table:\nProficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and manipulating large datasets\nExperience with Python for data analysis and manipulation\nCritical hands-on experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to a range of audiences\nDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams\nStrong time management skills and the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines\nInitiative and a desire to independently learn new tools, techniques, and concepts\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS\nBonus: Experience with version control (e.g., Git)\nTo ensure the safety of patients and staff, many of our clients require post-offer health screenings and proof and/or completion of various vaccinations such as the flu shot, Tdap, COVID-19, etc. Any requests to be exempted from these requirements will be reviewed by Datavant Human Resources and determined on a case-by-case basis.
